Welcome to Zostay. By accessing and using our website, booking our properties, or staying at any Zostay location, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Check-in and Check-out

• Dormitory check-in: 1:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM
• Private room check-in: 12:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in
• Only guests aged 18 years and above are permitted to stay

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings must be made via our website or verified OTA partners
• Full payment is required at booking or check-in as per property policy
• GST invoices available on request
• Additional services (towels, toiletries, stay kits) can be added during booking

3. House Rules

• No pets allowed
• Alcohol consumption is not permitted
• No illegal drugs or substances allowed
• Visitors are not allowed in rooms or dormitories
• No loud noise after 10:00 PM
• Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and enclosed areas
• Unmarried couples are not allowed to stay together

4. Dormitory and Room Usage

• Guests must use only their assigned bed or room
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in rooms/dormitories
• No eating or drinking in dormitory sleeping areas

5. Common Areas and Facilities

• Self-service kitchen available; guests must clean after use
• Laundry area available for guest use
• Common areas are for relaxation and social interaction
• Social activities end at 10:00 PM

6. Guest Conduct and Property Safety

• Respect fellow travelers and staff
• Guests must compensate for any property damage
• Management may evict guests who violate rules or disturb others

7. Emergency and Support Services

Dial 9 from your room intercom for emergency support or room services at any time.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in
• No refund for no-shows or early check-outs

9. Data and Privacy

• Guest information is collected only for bookings and operations
• We do not sell or misuse guest data
• Our website may use cookies for functionality and analytics

10. Updates and Changes

Zostay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Revised terms will be updated on our official website.
